You don't magically read memory out of thin air, you either use a PCI-E card or an USB interface to read system memory.
I would really love to hear on how you're reading memory, interfacing with the PCIe bus and communicating data between the DMA hardware and the external system without any sort of firmware in place at all.
And don't pretend like kernel level anticheats can't scan PCIe devices.
