Nope 100% lie for several reasons. First if you deliver and perform, nobody is going to be looking into you.
>bp couldn’t find me on LinkedIn
>we fires you
Automatic grounds for wrongful termination.
>found another job on LinkedIn
So? Plenty of people don’t update their jobs changes on LinkedIn.
Also the amount of people doing this over employed stuff is terribly low. They have to be remote and then also be extremely good at multi tasking and juggling several workloads and team environments at once.
Companies and CEOs blowing this out of proportion thinking that they should be hunting for imaginary overemployed workers when one they don’t exist or unlikely in their company.
Two, they’re better off scanning for underperformers and h1b and canning those first.
One doesn’t deliver code.
Two writes terrible and overtly long code which is just as bad.
