The burden of proof is on her, the accuser. She produces no evidence at all, only arguments from authority ("top international experts agree"), claims it was a fact then says that only the intent matters but intent is never a fact, it's not accessible to objective scrutiny and therefore not a fact by definition. You can only have an opinion on whether Israel's gov has the intent to extirpate the Arabs in Gaza or not.
