Why are people so upset about an intervallo missing? They're rarely good to begin with and mostly just feels like *something* to fill the emptiness inbetween Cantos.
I'd personally much rather that concept getting scrapped entirely if it meant faster & more focused cantos.

Though I should be careful what I wish for. They also said they would cut back on EGOs in the Season Pass to focus on quality elsewhere, and I'm not feeling said quality yet.
