Who is housing for?

It has far less customization than any actual dedicated base-building game like Conan Exiles, Enshrouded, Valheim, etc.

And there's already mass amounts of monetization planned behind it. You get 2-3 cookie-cutter exterior house models and can't customize the outside beyond that and you don't get the choice to build your own home anywhere in the world, only designated shitting neighbourhoods where a bunch of hordelets and other monkeys will be infesting it.
