Hey I recycle art all the time, but I do it in a smart way. They could literally just cut out the background and paste only Hou on shirt and write something cute like team Hou. Or just replicate background pattern on a whole t-shirt texture... They made Olivia tee cool if I remember correctly, but this one is ugly on purpose. They don't want you to wear it, so you will pay up for different ones...
