I kind of get it. Though if I really find a character attractive, I'll find on-model more attractive than off-model. The point of making a character off-model is to appeal to people that have base sexual instincts or fetishes applied to popular characters, so that their art receives more recognition. It's not for people that actually already find the character sexually attractive, because the off-model variant would otherwise be less appealing because it'd come across desperate and tasteless.
