Season two will only finish 1988. Season three would have to be rushed or really long to cover 1989. The manga has just started 1990 which is when Oguri's career ends. For the record season 2 will probably finish around volume 8/chapter 78ish, the manga is at chapter 200+.
So no, there's no way to finish the whole thing with a movie at this point.
