Racism
>The belief that races have distinctive cultural characteristics determined by hereditary factors and that this endows some races with an intrinsic superiority over others.
>A belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.
>Racism is the belief that groups of humans possess different behavioral traits corresponding to inherited attributes and can be divided based on the superiority of one race or ethnicity over another.
No one denies Ethiopians are genetically inclined towards long distance running, they spent 10000s of years largely separate and apart from other races evolving in a different direction, likely due to persistence hunting being the main source of calories in their environment. It is the theory of evolution, and it affects cognitive as well as physical abilities.
I am quite prepared to not judge people by race out of principle, after all many black people more intelligent than the average white person and race is irrelevant if you have information about the individual. However I am not prepared to deny facts and they absolutely refuse to discuss it, preferring to censor and "cancel" anyone and anything who touches it with a 50 foot pole. Instead we are forced to attend mandatory "critical race theory workshops" and the like in fortune 500 companies, colleges and government departments across America where we are told black underachievement is 100% due "generational trauma", "systemic racism", "white privilege" and so on. Yet if you compare African Americans with say east asians from poorer countries, it more or less completely disproves this.
They fear if this fact got out it would lead to racial discrimination, yet they are quick to use DEI to drag down the "privileged" white people they blame for their underachievement. It is probably better society digest this reality while we are still prosperous and stable.
