New Vegas by design is like the antithesis of infinite busywork, just because some guy mentioned a mod for it the other day doesn't mean everyone who likes the game thinks that way. It also has one of the worst 3rd person modes in any game ever so why would NV fans b acting like Cyberpunk needs it?
