yes, but no. 400 is the bare minimum you want, you want ideally 600-700 wit as long as it doesn't come at the expense of speed/stam/power. wit is what determines your speed for the first 2/3rds of the race and if you have no wit your uma won't realize it needs to move sideways to move pass a blocking uma
