In that effective glamour shot, she looks fine... But, you can knock of 3~4 points first thing in the morrow / after she's showered. Of course, she will look more or less like whatever she looks like now, for much longer than Caucasian women will stay presentable... It's just that narcissism dictates that no female flaunts herself unless she feels she's presenting in top shelf condition; and that has to be factored if any accuracy in assessing their resumés is to be expected.
