I need to figure out how to reassemble the captains into slightly different poses. That challenge will be towards the end of my terminator assembly line.

Currently filling in shoulder gaps and waiting for it to dry and cut/shave/scrape/sand flat.

Well the focus of my dumb camera went to the middle guy but you get the idea.

Left is filled and sanded, right side is how they start. The other two test models (I got messier and messier for the tests) were to see if I could fix even worse slops of going too fast with sprue glue.(not done yet)

I am happy to report that the primary test model came out flat where I needed it to be and the pit in one of the shoulders I didn't fill right - I could fill again and sand without the extra material falling out. It's a little procarious around the helmet crest but I can always do battle damage in the locations I fuck up.

The fucking shoulder holes are going away (like the 3rd edition models I'm used to) and I just added 140% of the time to each model to complete before paint touches them.
1 of 72 are now ready to be base coated. Going to do batches of 20 I think.
