Cyber Sleuth is the last good game and is the predecessor to Time Stranger which is about to come out. If you want to immerse yourself completely I'd suggest start with Digimon World DS then Dawn/Dusk and finally Cyber Sluth and Hacker's Memory to prepare for Time Stranger.
