/x/ - /loa/ - Law of Assumption and Manifestation General
Anonymous No.40819066
the thing that seems to have worked for me the most would be more akin to a 'law of belief/faith'. you're far more likely to work towards something you believe you can attain. this seems like a far healthier kind of magical thinking, because it expects you to actually do something relevant and with tangible progress and rewards, which recursively feed the belief throughout the process. but maybe the law of assumption is still true, and acting out on your assumptions can help you naturally believe them and therefore naturally have them occur. whatever the case may be, whenever i wanted to find love in the past, what got me love was to think of love as a guiding principle for my actions. i'd take care of my responsibilities more, i'd go out more, i'd be more extroverted. she didn't literally knock on my apartment door, but the way i met my last ex was so natural it felt like i didn't even try. but i did 'try', i just tried in a way that felt natural, because my actions were in-line with my beliefs

>Am I evil for valuing strength in my potential suitors?
not evil per say, you just have a narrow view. think of a loser, who is very poor, is unable to do many works, but has unparalleled kindness and emotional intelligence. would you value such a 'weak' individual? or would you value their unconventional strength? for they may provide something no one else could, despite not having a home, not having a car, or not having a job.
