I propose that happens because most "normies" shut their brain off as a pavlovian response to anything that would get them ostracized (including lolicon). So no one wants to frame the debate in a way that gets them banned immediately from most online and real life spaces. I blame kneejerk reactions and fundamentalism (religious and secular) for conditioning people to argue in this way.

It would be funny if everything around GamerGay was rebranded as an attempt to show gamers that the media was lying and coordinated together, that art grants for gaming was a scam to leach money from the government and then get more money through consulting and NGOs, and pave the way for right wing politics.
I mean everything else is made up bullshit and no one has corrected a word of it even after FemFreq got caught red handed recieving cash payments from USAID... So fuck it.
