site being down showed me what it's like out there on alternate websites
actual moderation, actual political discussion that isn't 90% bots, no captchas, no waiting 200 seconds if you accidentally close your browser, it's amazing
but I came back foolishly thinking

>maybe since posting is down across the entire website, mods will be better equipped to handle spam
>maybe since it was down all the bots are gone and the schizos running them won't return
but no, none of that happened and those alternate sites are slow, but then it brings up the question of
is the other site slow because no one's posting there?
or is 4chan fast because most of the threads are made up of schizos and bots posting on cooldown?
