Studio music doesn't build memories.
When I hear a band live I'm not recalling listening to a studio version of the songs.
I'm enjoying the here and now moment.
HOWEVER.
Afterward when I hear a studio version of a song I have experienced live.
I fondly recall the fun I had at the concert.
