It doesn't matter if it's good at this point cause I no longer care for the MCU as a whole.
That's kind of the Cath 22 of the whole "shared universe" thing. Yes, if it does well then your audience feels obligated to watch it all. But the second people no longer cares of the grand vision- it all collapses.
Is the new FF and even Thunderbolts good? Probably. But I don't care about the MCU. So I'm just not going to bother watching it. It's like when anime fans reccomend new people to read One Piece, but then when they arew told there is like 1000+ chapters and still ongoing, a lot of people just say "Fuck that, I don't care if it's good. It's too intimidating to get invested into something that time consuming". Same thing. Sure, the individual movie's are good, but I can't be asked to get invested to ALL of it so I'm just going to watch NONE of it.
