How did they fuck up the implementation so bad? There's basically zero reason to swap from the starting crest, especially once you've upgraded it.
Imagine if they had on-the-fly style switching like DMC, that would be so much fucking better
Also I just want to say: if you're struggling, use your subweapons and silk skills, they're amazing for bursting enemies and especially for flying enemies. Also you can farm the two pilgrims to the left of the bench above the starting area to get 30 rosary beads and shards every minute
