Wait a fucking minute......If I want to farm Jue or any weekly boss only for the echo, I can set the difficulty lower than Lv. 90?? How low can I set it to still receive a 5 rank echo?

Is Synth Deconstruct worth slotting in? I can't really tell if the efficiency gain is negligible when im already at 45%
