Havoc Rover is okayish, but support attributes (Spectro, Aero) are generally more useful in the long run.
Jianxin is super niche. She's very good with Iuno, but I guess you use her as a healer/protector. That's fine, but Baizhi and Verina have shorter rotations in this niche.

I play for the exploration and the story and an occasional event and I read up on character skills in game and online and I mix and match, which is a big part of the fun, and that about does it for me. This way you avoid rerolling echoes too. The combat is good enough mechanically, this way you don't need to artificially bump numbers in order to meet artificial obstacles.
