Why don't the "Big Three" do a crossover game?

Bro i swear to god buying a wand early on from AH makes this leveling process so much smoother. I sold all my gear just to get that level 5 wand.

I really don't get why Dio seems to put so much fruitless effort into trying to make a very short segment of the game into some kind of compelling strategic choice. Who knows, maybe at some point it'll pay off, but for now it seems like needless bloat.
