What should I do if I constantly feel like I have "main character syndrome"?
I always catch myself thinking that people are looking at me, that their glances aren't random, and that every passerby is secretly falling in love with me. No matter how hard I try to stop thinking this way, I just can’t.
It’s not that I have an inflated ego or that I look like a celebrity — I don’t. But somehow, I still can't stop feeling like I'm the center of the universe.
I know, logically, that people don’t really care about me at all — yet I keep building entire storylines in my head involving strangers I’ve only seen once in my life.

Even more pathetic is that they're not being brutally raped by some guy hiding in a back alley brandishing a knife. Most of the time they're getting raped by their own boyfriends after they come home drunk and horny and the foid is too spineless to just say "no".
