It's cool that you want to help, but it can create issues regarding other employees who do not share your good attitude. They'll using your help as an excuse to not fulfil their own duties. It gets toxic quickly, it burns out the guy who's doing it, and when that guy does burn out and throws his hat because he's walking around doing fucking EVERYTHING, the manager is just left with a bunch of lazy retards who forgot how to do their job.

I'll give you an example of how you're kinda on a high horse that you need to get off of. Imagine I go and pay a lawncare company to cut my grass. I tell them "cut everything, except THAT patch right there. I want that grass to stay long for a practical purpose." I would be rightly pissed if they did it anyway, or told me, "I have to do it all, it's my job! Us and your other lawncare providers are in this together!"

I feel bad for Serpentza in particular because he basically went through this shit twice. The first was in South America, where you have a bunch of rabid baboon people who are all "END APARTHEID!" while they hurtle towards pulling a Zimbabwe 2.0, seizing all power and infrastructure from the whites so they can let it all rot into dilapidation. He reads the winds and gets out, moves to China, becomes an English teacher. He learns the language, he learns the culture, he marries a Chinese woman, he has a Chinese son. He has no meaningful allegiance to a foreign body, because his homeland has become a joke state. He describes a moment where he had a singular disagreement with a business owner, couldn't recall what it was over, and the man basically started trying to form an angry mob against him on the spot, yelling, "this man says he hates all Chinese."
He basically had to get out of dodge with his wife because the government was getting too creepy with keeping tabs on him and his videos. It was not because he hated China or Chinese culture. He expresses love for both often.
