How is your country prepared for Windows 11 apocalypse?
Finland. Keep my PC as backup and buy Steam Deck with SteamOS as main PC. Then when the dust settles down for Windows 11 look forward an new PC with LinuxOS.

The main "exclusive" of the Deck is being able to install whatever software you want without doing a stupid and pointless jailbreak humilation ritual that you need to do in order to uncuck your hardware. Can't say the same for the Shitch- sorry, I mean the Switch 2.
