Yeah, Nice's hero persona is pretty much just an idealization of Shang Chao by his father. Kind guy, always smiling, perfect student, perfect son, has a hot gf, etc.
Also Wreck's design kinnda looks like Esoul if you squint. The spiky shape of headgear that conceals the face, the dark color scheme, lean guy underneath.
