I think the idea is that they fit some of the stereotypical traits like color and availability, but are different classes. These charts always have to force characters into categories for the joke to work, in reality there are too many edge cases even for something simple like this.

Pretty sure I remember a statement of Kozaki or some dev confirming the Kageo-sister thing, though. Anyone want to post proof, or are we just going to make increasingly wilder claims with no evidence?
