a lot of generalizing and assuming being done here.

also you say ppl want those type to be punished which is just a perpetual continuation of that hateful way of thinking. how dumb do you have to be to think the people committing the crimes are doing it without provocation or some kind of health issue or genetic flaw. im not saying theyre justified or that i know of a better solution than locking them up but its obviously not working given that it happens everyday. the "caring" you speak of falls short if it exists at all. ppl procreate and have children in some deranged attempt at surviving themselves, not because deep down they care sooo much about others.
