I'm in no rush for Venti to become "Venti" if that makes sense. I sort of like to imagine it happens piece by piece a bit. First the name. Small, Appearance mostly comes from cultivation and confuses even venti themselves as why he's slowly changing. Subtle things at first probably like eye color and the like but persistent as he goes on. At some point he just has to ask what the hell is going on.
