I find it weird how defensive Zooble gets when Gangle get bullied but ignores Ragatha getting mindfucked by Jax into thinking she told Gangle to kill herself.
Rather than a character point it's just the writer not wanting Zooble to get in the way of the point of the episode which is to break Ragatha down. Otherwise I think Zooble wouldn't ignore such a thing.
