>Decided to take leave. Do changeover with my shift leads then let them handle work while i am gone for the week
>Come back and everything is on fire, shits not getting done, back talk from customers and green techs
>TFW shovel time pull out paperwork and remind them of what they are supposed to be doing. Give 3 people warnings and 1 other a PIP due to no call no show who thought they could get away with shit when the manager isn't here.
