Does anyone know a rule of thumb or just the proper way to think about HCG in terms of a TRT cruise dose?

Like lets say you want to do 150mg of test plus 50 IU of HCG a week. Is that going to be roughly equivalent to 200 mg of test a week? Or 250? Can you add your natty test level to your expected blood concentration from 150 and say that will probably be your new level? Or is the shit just an impossible chaotic system and its so hard to predict that there is no rule of thumb?

My dinner was beanz and chicken breast tonight boys.

The beans were 362g but had a lot of liquid in there. Not really sure how to figure out what the macros on that are exactly but ill say approximately 515 calories and 32g protien

The chicken breast was cooked in 9g of butter (a lot of that stayed in the pan but ill still count it. Thats 325 calories and 48g

Which comes to a total of 830 calories and 80g protein.

I just had eggs for lunch and protein powder for breakfast. All together that puts me at 1194 calories for the day and 122 protein
