Two types of frag names, ones for offense and ones for defense. These are the weaker style the offensive ones. Why less damaging? In case barely trained conscripts rush in too quick before giving enough time for the nades to go off. So they rely on damage via concussion vs shrapnel, but there would be still some shrapnel. Defensive nades? Throw them at the assholes trying to rush your position. No need to wait.
