I don’t understand everyone here mentions how “you knew what you were signing” but ignore the fact that publishers will know what market they are going to publish it in? Laws aren’t retroactive and publishers will have to explicitly agree to SKG if they want to release here in future. If they dont want to oblige they can always just read the laws they need to agree to and opt out of EU market, no?
