I don't know how you can say that the part 1 villain and second most popular character is just a plot device
Just accept that panel count isn't everything and move on
We'll see after part 2 ends what Asa actually amounted to and if she will have lasting influence on the medium
I like her character, easily the best in part 2, but so far she has done very little.
