And then finally, just to add a new complaint, I can no longer talk to people when injured.
>I had a metal wire stuck in my leg for three hours before I noticed.
>I happened to be doing my round in the water park at the time and my old supervisor happened to be walking by.
>Aquatics is responsible for the medical aid of the whole facility so I ask her for some twissers.
>She calls over her manager and he calls my manager.
>I pull it out and go about my day. See a line on a short staffed attraction and help them for ten minutes.
>Maintenance manager pulls me to the side and says: "I pay you to be in the pump room." in the basement.
>I explain that I was just doing our noon checklist.
>"No, you're paid to be in the pump room. I'm only here because I heard you got metal in your leg. I shouldn't hear this."

I feel like I'm at a breaking point. 20 dollars an hour, 55 hours a week on average. And this is what I get?
Do I just quit so I can make an interview somewhere else?
I had a successful one a month ago, but he pays 15 an hour for limited hours. Will he still take me if I call him now?
And if I'm on bad terms with one manager in this company, doesn't that stop me from getting a leadership spot in another part of the company?

>>How are you doing today?
Fired up!
>>Any plans for today?
Did a final test this morning. No idea how I did.
Started filing a labor dispute.
Plan to drive to the city and get a ticket for a show tonight.
>>Is there anything bothering you right now?
The company I have been with for two years has now instituted an "anti time theft policy."

This means I can no longer clock in early for a shift or clock out late. This includes breaks. The time clock physically won't let me. The managers can edit this time, but I get points if it happens more than twice a week.

The time edit policy alone is a problem because the website running the time clock is prone to malfunction and often requires several attempts to punch in correctly on a good day.

The bigger problem is that engineering has a post shift pass down that normally takes 15-20 minutes on average. Either the night shift comes in early or the morning shift leaves late to do this. This is now unpaid labor.
Every department has shift exchanges and people that come to pick up shifts. We need this to make up for no shows. Now, it's punished.
Sometimes, the night shift doesn't clean or dose correctly, so the only way to open on time is to clock in early. This is now required to stop happening.
Maintenance workers like myself are low staffed and often alone. If they are on break and get a call or the fire alarm gets pulled, we are no longer able to clock back in to be paid for our services. We have all agreed to sit on our hands for calls now.

I'm not crazy right? This is clearly a labor violation?
