this right here. the only thing people ever talk about is the graphics, which while good dont carry the whole game. its overhyped for just looking really good while its actual gameplay and mechanics are the worst slog you've ever seen. even redditors that dicksuck it into oblivion admit that they didnt replay it past the first time decades ago

games that filtered you as a child but you try again as an adult and become one of your favorites. what an amazing game. my only critiques are an overly convoluted UI (you get used to it but its still shit) and a really shitty new game+ (the extra dungeon isnt great, just give it to me on the first playthrough)
