Personally I am very resource averse. So I run into a >>719952843 type problem. By the time I get comfortable enough with a bossfight to use my tools, I ironically no longer need those tools since I have learned the patterns so well. Hell at that point mixing in tools/spells actually goes against my muscle memory, since I have been practicing the boss with nail only until that point. And of course since the bosses are tanky as fuck and there is no health bar, I have no idea how close I am to beating them. I have been fighting some cunt for the past 5 minutes? Is he about to die in a few swings or am I not even halfway there? Only god knows the answer to this riddle.
