Meat is so good. One of these days I'd like to butcher a whole cow and cook it straight away. They do that in some parts of Mexico. It's, like, a whole ceremony for something. I was invited to one years ago, but it ended up being canceled because the price of a whole cow was too expensive. Right now I am teaching myself Cantonese BBQ. I got char siu down pretty well, next is going to be siu yuk.

Ah, sushi is fantastic, as is vinegar rice. It's seasoned rice vinegar, which is very mild and slightly sweet. Fish in sushi is stored in extremely cold temperatures which kills off parasites. You should absolutely try it at some point. There are also some that they do cook. Eel for sushi is always grilled since raw eel is poisonous. Unagi (fresh water eel) is my absolute favorite and I will always always get it when it is on offer.

After I figure out this char siu I will then learn how to make siu yuk, crispy pork belly. It's another absolutely delicious Cantonese dish.
