Meat is so good. One of these days I'd like to butcher a whole cow and cook it straight away. They do that in some parts of Mexico. It's, like, a whole ceremony for something. I was invited to one years ago, but it ended up being canceled because the price of a whole cow was too expensive. Right now I am teaching myself Cantonese BBQ. I got char siu down pretty well, next is going to be siu yuk.
