It IS OK, however; due to lobbying in the current system most often requiring capital, disenfranchised people(/regular people) can't lobby to the same extent as corporations leading to an imbalance. This is exactly what fascism tried to solve, by incorporating unions and lobby groups into a legal framework making them official, and mashing them together so the previously mentioned imbalance wouldn't occur (at least in theory). Instead of this current system with nebulous lobby groups acting in the shadows.
Nordics have fascism-lite with unions and industry associations negotiating wages, thus having no need for minimum wage.
