People here say to run zone 2, but they never define zone 2. Some systems use 60-70% of max heart rate, but others use 85% to 89% of lactate threshold. Those are quite different.

If I turn it on and it still works why would I care. Besides if some huge security exploit pops up they'll be forced to release an update anyway like they did for XP.
