To me it felt like it was written based on the reception to the series with all the wink wink nudge nudge moments. Goose is definitely lying about having the entire show written.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it established that these characters don't remember their pre-circus lives? The bar sense just felt like gratuitous lore dumps for Tumblr.
