Japan lived the best years for soft power. You could be the richest nation in the world and have the best tech and artists. It won't matter because that period is over.

The only groups that would benefit from soft power still are Mexicans and black people. Everyone else is just out of the equation.

Just look at how much Koreans have worked in the past decade. Yet it doesn't even matter anymore.
