There's no point in releasing FGO2 when FGO1 still makes so much money, it's actually taking a retarded risk for no reason. You risk making your old playerbase mad by making FGO1 obsolete while there's no guarantee a new playerbase will show up for it. Not to mention Aniplex already tried this recently with Madoka Exedra and it flopped pretty hard.
