If you go more south the weather gets warmer and at a point there’s zero winter.

Steel Halberd and steel plate armour are the best weapons/armour ingame

Use the iron plapper to make metal sheets and to smith blooms automatically (you still get xp using it, just at 1/4 the rate)

I’m still itching for a vintage story server
I have ~100hrs or so in the game and I’m pretty competent
I’d host but I don’t want to pay for something that’d be dead so I’m gauging interest

For settings I’d definitely disable temporal storms, fuck them. If it’s possible I’d slightly buff monster spawn rates in caves and at night in unlit places depending on server pop to make mining for ore a group challenge.
