Teemo can answer both if you know which one is coming
When she tries to dash at you I just swing out my frying pan or call my Vi punch assist, it isn't invul to normals.
If she goes for a lariat then you can straight up sling shot it, or parachute over and punish with a falling medium. Or just parry it too, her lariat is very easy to deal with honestly especially if she's spamming it.
The Vi has to mix you up to actually get in, but once she's in you do just explode yeah. Piloting Teemo is a high risk game
