Bro why would you not do a simple 3 day full body barbell routine? If you got a barbell and two of each plate (45’s, 35’s, 25’s,10’s, 5’s, and 2.5’s) you could EASILY start mogging in under a year. You literally don’t need more than 250lbs of weights and a barbell for a great body
