I really wish CG didn't shit on her so much. Her entire backstory is that she's trained harder than everyone and was determined to become a winner. Her match with Oguri has her envisioning her mind's eye on ways to win, and after she loses, it felt like a great time for character development where she actually starts listening to her trainer.
But then she just shows up several episodes later after Oguri is demolishing G1's and apparently she got 4th fucking place. It feels like the writers just did it to really hammer in the POV of losers since Belno wasn't racing any more.
