2WRW teased that they were meant to update earlier in the month but they suffered a hijack attempt from TNO devs that tried to reintegrate the mod back into TNO and make it more "realistic" which seems to have fucked everything up:

TNO also updated but they just added some minigames for Brazil and removed Russia's ability to research so it's what you'd expect from them.
